QuickPost values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

4. General Platform Integrations
Data We Access
When you connect a third‑party social media account to the app, we access limited information necessary to provide core functionality:
- Account ID and access tokens to authenticate your account and post content on your behalf
- Username to display the connected account within the app interface
We do not access private messages, contacts, or analytics unless explicitly stated.
Authentication
All platform connections are handled via OAuth authorization provided by the respective platform. We never request or store your platform passwords.
Data Storage and Security
- API credentials and access tokens are stored only for as long as necessary to perform app functionality.
- Tokens are refreshed periodically for security, and you may be required to re‑approve access after periods of inactivity.
- All API secrets and credentials are securely stored using Google Secret Manager.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your platform data with third parties.
Account Deletion and Revocation
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon deletion:
- All stored platform access tokens and identifiers are immediately deleted
- All scheduled posts are canceled
- We permanently stop accessing or using your platform data
- Previously published posts on third‑party platforms remain live, subject to that platform's controls
5. YouTube / Google API Services
By connecting a YouTube account and using the YouTube API you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and agree to the YouTube Privacy Policy.
Use of YouTube API Services
This app uses YouTube API Services.
When you connect a YouTube account, we may access:
- Channel ID
- Authorized OAuth access tokens
- Channel username or display name
This data is used solely to upload videos and manage publishing actions explicitly requested by you.
Limited Use Disclosure
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We:
- Use YouTube data only to provide user‑facing features
- Do not use YouTube data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics
- Do not allow third parties to access YouTube user data
Device and Browser Data
As part of OAuth authentication and API requests, the app may store or access cookies or similar technologies on your device or browser to maintain secure sessions and authentication state. These are used solely for functionality and security.
Data Retention and Deletion
YouTube access tokens and identifiers are deleted immediately when:
- You delete your app account
You may also revoke the app's access at any time via Google's security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/connections
6. Instagram (Meta) Integration
By connecting an Instagram account and using the Instagram API you are agreeing to be bound by the Instagram Terms of Service and agree to the Instagram Privacy Policy.
When you connect an Instagram account, we may access:
- Instagram account ID
- Username
- OAuth access tokens
This information is used solely to publish content and display account status within the app.
Data Use and Restrictions
- Instagram data is used only to provide core posting functionality
- We do not sell, transfer, or combine Instagram data with third‑party data
- We do not use Instagram data for ad targeting or profiling
Revocation and Deletion
You may revoke Instagram access at any time by deleting your account in the app settings or through Meta's platform settings. Upon deletion, all stored Instagram tokens are immediately deleted.
7. TikTok Integration
By connecting a TikTok account and using the TikTok API you are agreeing to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service and agree to the TikTok Privacy Policy.
When you connect a TikTok account, we may access:
- TikTok account ID
- Username
- OAuth access tokens
This data is used exclusively to enable content publishing and account management features.
Data Use and Restrictions
- TikTok data is used only to provide app functionality requested by the user
- We do not sell or share TikTok user data
- We do not use TikTok data for behavioral profiling or advertising
Revocation and Deletion
You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time through the app settings. Upon disconnection or account deletion, all stored TikTok tokens are immediately deleted and scheduled posts are canceled.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Object to or restrict processing of your information.
- Withdraw consent where applicable.
